{so i will be 22yrs this year, so ill try for 22 books ^.^}

Here are my faves/ recommendations in order of the best fantastic.

1. Stray Birds by Rabindranath Tagore

Be still, my heart, these great trees are prayers.

The cloud stood humbly in a corner of the sky.

The morning crowned it with splendour."

2. The Graveyard Book by Neil Gaiman {Enola you have to read this book its so goth, amazing, beautiful, magic.}

wow, just brilliant, so imaginative, the prose is simply wonderful.

3. Stardust by Neil Gaiman

"a beautiful melody, plangent and strange.

It filled his head with visions, and filled his heart with awe and delight.

The music made him think of spaces without limits, of huge crystalline spheres which revolved with unutterable slowness through the vasty halls of air.

The melody transported him, took him beyond himself."

lovely whimsical romance

4. A Natural History Dragons and Unicorns by Paul and Karin Jonhgard

enjoyable, usually i have no joy or contempt for evolution theory etc, this is an exception ^.^

not really my thing, worth mentioning though

5, 6, 7, 8. Harry Potter; 5, 6, 4, 1 {uncountable in the re-reads of these books over the years}

I love the book Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince so much, Snape!

enlightenment

"After my parinirvana (enlightenment) in the final kalpa (time era), different kinds of ghosts will be encountered everywhere, deceiving people and teaching them that they can eat meat and still attain enlightenment… How can a bhikshu (seeker) who hopes to become a deliverer of others, himself be living on the flesh of other sentient beings?” Buddha {Suranga Sutra}

Stray Birds by Rabindranath Tagore

"Sorrow is hushed into peace in my heart
like the evening among the silent trees.

You smiled and talked to me of nothing
and i felt that for this I had been waiting long.

Never be afraid of the moments
thus sings the voice of the everlasting.

"You are the big drop of dew under the lotus leaf,
I am the smaller one on its upper side,"
said the dew drop to the lake.

Be still, my heart, these great trees are prayers.

The cloud stood humbly in a corner of the sky.
The morning crowned it with splendour."

I dream of a star, island of light

Chasity is a wealth that comes from abundance of love."

Through the night
Through the night

Open ears and open eyes
Wake up to your starboard bride
Who goes in and then stays inside
Oh the demons come , they can subside

She's got a heavy heart
And when she wakes
Well, she calls my name
Hoping that I keep her safe

hope she makes it through
hope she makes it through

Through the night
Through the night
Through the night
Through the night

Open ears and open eyes
Wake up to your starboard bride
Open ears and open eyes
Wake up to your starboard bride

Through the night
Through the night
Through the night
Through the night

Søren Kierkegaard
singmute
The Sickness Unto Death is a book written by Danish philosopher Søren Kierkegaard in 1849 under the pseudonym Anti-Climacus. It is about Kierkegaard's concept of despair, which he equates with the Christian concept of sin.

I wish this madness would leave me alone.
Every day and night plagued by such sickly consuming cruel fantasy and fear.
Please stop, please stop.
Let me sleep. Let me wake.
